only 3days left to syf. I am dying from 4hrs of practice...
I feel like i am not doing enough as a section leader. Should i be motivating my section more? Should i keep nagging them to practice even harderl? But they are working hard enough as it is... I hav never gone for syf before, so i dont know what it would be like and what is expected... Sigh...
